New England RMS, Inc. is a privately owned human services organization that has been licensed and funded by the state of Rhode Island since 1995 to provide a broad range of assistance to people with disabilities so they may be able to live as independently as possible in their own homes, to obtain and maintain gainful employment or to actively participate in other meaningful vocational activities, and to enjoy full access to the communities in which they choose to live.
